Standard Shipping rate: Calculated at Shipping (Guaranteed to arrive between 3-7 business days)

Expedited Shipping rate: Calculated at Shipping (Guaranteed to arrive between 2-4 business days) 

*Please expect some delays due to holiday shipping and a global warning on shipping and production delays from postal carriers. All efforts will be made to abide by our shipping guidelines. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Love. Logic. Laughter. We are committed to ensuring that you have a great shopping experience. Therefore your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the day you receive your item(s) to return. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s)

DUE TO COVID-19 ALL ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY! THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS IN THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause. Therefore, we aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience at best. Under certain circumstances we are willing to work around the current policy. Such circumstances are as follows: you received the wrong merchandise, your merchandise was damaged upon retrieval, and/ or shipping time was delayed more than 7 days (inclement weather or postal delay not included). Please email us at ourlovelogiclaughter@gmail.com with your name, order number, item(s) to be returned, a brief description of the issue and our team will follow up with you within 72 hours. Please allow up to 1-3 business days to receive shipping confirmation.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note any shipping fees incurred will be the customer's sole responsibility. Unless, the issue was our fault.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The item you prefer is not guaranteed to be in stock once the returned items are received. Due to items selling out quickly the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the new item while waiting for the return to settle. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will ship the new item(s) to you (if in stock) or send an email with your store credit.
